CAN YOU HEAR ME?  

This motion graphics reflects about communication between humans and the outer space. A topic suggested by Joachim Hofmann as a creative exercise. My approach was based on the concepts of written / spoken language and type face design. I focused on the question: how well do we currently interact and communicate to diverse cultures inhabiting our planet?

The sentence “Can you hear me?” was written by collaborators (in their own languages) and each gave a justification of their typeface choice, and how it relates to aspects of their home culture.
